(A) A guitar is plugged into a 1/4” input jack in the back of the interface
(B) A keyboard is plugged into the MIDI input port in the back of the interface
(C) A CD player is plugged into the S/PDIF input port in the back of the interface
(D) Two microphones are each plugged into XLR input jacks in the front of the interface
(E)
A computer is plugged into the FireWire port in the back of the interface. The audio
signal travels from the interface to the computer through the FireWire cable.
(F)
The signal is processed and recorded in the computer. The processed audio is then
routed back out to the interface through the FireWire cable.
(G) Two headphones are each plugged into 1/4” jacks in the front of the interface for
listening to (monitoring) the processed audio.
